A live 10" put out by Deluxe Records (DX 1001). This is an authorized release - not a bootleg. A total of 1000 copies made on red and green vinyl. Sources say that there were not equal amounts of red vinyl and green vinyl but that there is more red than green. There is also 100 copies on multi-color vinyl. We're not sure if that brings the pressing total to 1100 copies or if this 100 copies on multi-color is included in the 1000 copy press run. In addition, there is 1 (that's right, one) copy on clear vinyl. The recording is Septic Deaths 8/28/83 performance. The insert states that the lacking sound quality is due to bad plates from the pressing plant - but the original cassette recording doesn't sound much better. Another point of interest is that the matrix on side B has the same writing as side A - but then it's crossed out and different stuff is written next to it.
