Eventhough 'Now That I...' was a UK pressing, it was widely available domestically in the US through Pusmort (Pusmort 0012-01D). Side B is made up of tracks from the original 'Need So Much' EP. Side A includes tracks from 'Need So Much' with added guitar tracks and re-done vocals along with tracks released on compilations. In 1987 VAP Records of Japan (VAP 35185-23) released this in cooperation with Pushead. The Japanese Pressing came complete with obi-strip, a different 2-sided insert (with lyrics in Japanese), a 2-sided information card, and a one-sided 7' flexi (VAP E-8008) with COC and Poison Idea. This same flexi came with the Japanese Pressing of the Cleanse The Bacteria comp LP.
